I'm 22 and have been a competitive swimmer for most of my life. Since I have graduated, I no longer swim, and have just started getting serious about getting back into shape.  I'm having a difficult time adjusting to the working world (full days in front of a computer). I am constantly on the run so I dont have time to cook full meals, I eat out a lot! I've finally decided that I need to lose 15 lbs to reach my goal weight of 158! my 3 daily goals are: 1. drink at least 92 oz of water 2. consume 1500 calories or less 3. Go to the gym 5 times a week. I am going on Vacation August 3rd and would like to lose the weight by then, wish me luck!
