For breakfast I ate 2 eggs w/ ketchup, gravy, 2 slices of ww toast, 2 slices of turkey bacon & later i had a large apple for a snack. For lunch I ate some grilled chicken w/ black pepper, taters, & pickled beets. For dinner i had the same thing i did for lunch due to lack of transportation, and for a snack i had 200 cal popcorn, yoghurt, gronala bar, & large apple which filled me up. Thats about it...

So...

I'm taking ALL of u guys advice, & i'll stop posting the same things. Matter of fact, I just ate. I wasn't counting calories i was simply eating untill i was full.

 

I ate a bag of pop corn, a trail mix bar, yoghurt, and an apple. Boy am i satisfied =)

 

That apple's a real filler.

Slowly increase your calorie intake back to your regular amount. Start off 2morrow with a nice breakfast.
