| Bio | I am a single female age 45 currently with about 123 lbs to lose. It seems overwhelming but just taking one lb. at time. I have lost 38 lbs since June 15, 2007. I like the game forums and journaling. The food and activity logs have helped me realize how much I eat and whether it is nutritious or not. I have been overweight most of my life. I want to develop lifestyle habits that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Eating out is the toughest challenge because I like rich foods and don't really want to order the healthier choices. I believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins and that the way to heaven is to believe this and ask him to forgive us. That's all for now. If you add me to your friend's list, I'll add you to mine.
