As for teh fat, you can eat as little as you like, just dont go over your magic number.

Points are awareded only if you stay under the number.

Wow guys! you have me welling up here, im so sorry I have not been around as much as I was last time.

I am having a really hard time with my diet at the moment as I am suffering from Hiatus Hernia and GERD, its really hard to be able to stick to a proper diet when all i can eat is rice and peas, and soy milk!

Im really glad that you are all doing so well, Sarah you are truly an inspiration!!

It is dissapointing when ppl drop out, but its human nature, and if one person manages to lose even a pound then it has been worth while!

Keep up the good work ladies!

Hi Everyone,

Im sorry I have not been around, I have some stomach issues that are really draining me right now, and I havent been able to put my all into this challenge :(

I have posted week 5 & 6, and also left week 3 & 4 on the board, as people seemed to miss it when i changed it before. hope that helps. dont forget to post your stats.

I have not anounced winners this time as it was a very poor turn out, I thought that I would just nominate one winner at the end :)

You get 9 points per workout for a total of 8 work outs. So doesnt matter when you did them during the 2 weeks you get 9 points per workout!

The reason I have stopped it at 8, is that it is healthy to get some rest days.

So if you worked out 3 days one week and 5 the next thats still 8 workouts and the max points.

Hi everyone,

With it being the long weekend here I didnt go to the gym yesterday (where i wiegh in) so havent had a chance to tally up yet.

How is everyone doing on the fibre challenge? Im eating a fibre 1 bar as we speak!

Wow thats some exercise!!! Well done!

Its hard to focus on two things at once eh! I know that my exercise has not been bad, but my calories have been awful!

I am really looking forward to the next one! the last fibre challenge we did, I rocked!!

If anyone has some good fibre recipes please post!

This one is really simple!

Take 250 grams of dark chocolate

2 cups whole wheat cereal

1 cup all bran buds

1/4 cup flax

Melt the chocolate and add the cereal and flax, put into cake cups and chill until set. these are great little mid morning or afternoon snacks, they are around 130 cals each an contain a whopping 9 grams of fibre each!!! Trust me you dont want to gorge on these you will never get off the toilet!

Been really bad this week! cant seem to stay motivated! but I drank way to much wine and ate way to much last night and as I laid there at 3am with a headache and heartburn I thought right!! thats it!! LOL

So i am pretty motivated today!

A piece of advice for both girls, eat your pills half way through a meal! it absorbes the pill better and stops the nausea!

You can keep track whatever way makes you feel better, there are no hard and fast rules, the only stipulation I have is that you record your total points and wieght at the end of the challenge in a timely manner! As each week there is a mini winner and someone gets a honorable mention :)

I had my dental surgery last night so dinner was mashed potatoes and carrots :( LOL

I dont really know, is my honest answer LOL, I know that I do it the same way as Lozzle, So i guess you can pick one.

I would use the 185 dont cheat yourself. LOL

I tottally blew it yesterday, i was good all day and would have just scrapped by had it not been for the sushi tempura and half a gallon of red wine!

Been good today though and have dental surgery booked for 4.30pm! so soy milk and tylenol for dinner.

Susiecue - not really sure what you mean, but your true cal intake will be what you took in, minus what you burnt off, does that make sense?

I just did a work out too :) and not doing too badly on calories although going to freinds house with wine tonight so might not make it :(

Sybil - The 8 points are for just this 2 week period, there will another set of points to be earned in the next period. If in the points and stats thread you posted your start wieght as say 150 and at the end of this 2 week period you were 149 then you get the 8 points, it is for total wieght loss not by the pound. I didnt want to encourage huge amounts of weekly wieght loss as I do not think it is healthy, an average of 1 - 2 lbs is average.

You can either keep it as the wieght that it was (but bear in mind you will be playing catch up!) or you can put your new weight as of today. :) I had gained 10 pounds since my vacation but i have lost a total of 5 since I posted my wieght so I am down 5 wahoo! bout bloody time too!

Moody my lovely, I am a she hehehee. and you are the keep of your own points! I just keep a tally!

    Wow great response guys!! Are we all ready to start he challenge tommorow? I have a bean and beet salad packed for my lunch and more fruit than you can shake a stick at!!!
