| I can't find a babysitter yet, so if the rain and wind continue as such, I don't care to have my baby out in this nasty weather, but I will most definitly try to be there! | |||

| We can dry pop popcorn? I never heard of that, how? I'm assuming the same way on the stovetop, but without the oil. Also, would it be the same calories as if you used an airpopper? | |||

| I am a faithful lover of this stuff. I take a TBSP a half an hour before every meal and it cuts my hunger out by about 25%. In addition to my normal whole grains and fruits and vegi's. It is pure tastless and I can't stand plain water, so I either mix it in with the light version of hawaiian punch which is 10 calories per 8 oz., or lipton green tea citrus diet. You will consume almost 25% less of your intake in calories per day by doing so, atleast I am. Along with it makes you regular, but a bit gas-sey if you consume too much at once. If you are new to this, try cutting it down to half the recommended dosage for the first few days and then gradually add until you reach the desired dose. It has worked wonders for me! | |||

| If I can manage for that to work, by popping with no calorie spray, will the popcorn cooked be the same amount of calories as it suggests? Someone please explain to me how uncooked popcorn has more calories than cooked? | |||

| I lived in Germany, thanks to the USAF and a military husband. When we went to Paris for vacation, it isn't heard of that the French can eat absolutely anything and not gain weight. They use such high fat content because they know what their limits are. They can go eat crossiants and not binge because they know their portions to the "t". American's are not as lucky. | |||

I have two that have helped me alot.
#1 - Chew sugarless gum as you prepare your food because it will help you from snacking as you do so and the second reason to chew gum is also the #2 topic that helps me out and that is to brush your teeth before you eat. First of all between chewing gum or brushing your teeth, we don't want to eat mint with high calorie or fat content foods and secondly, you're also taking care of your teeth and gums at the same time. I end up brushing my teeth maybe 3-4 sometimes five times a day! |
