ELLO ELLO! How have my ladies been! Feel like I havent been on here in forever! haha. Yesterday was a hard day becasue i found our my sister got her peiod back but really I am so proud of her. Even though she has some faults she has come a long way!

As for me, I have stopped counting calories and really tried to step up my game and eating basically what I want and how much I can but of course I feel like I have a bottomless pit as a stomach haha. It's something I will have to work on and fed those hunger ques!

GLEN! OMG! thats amazing congrats on the triple digits! I LOOOVE dancing and I hope you enjoy yourself , you deserve it! I lovve savory breakfasts for some reason but I always have a balance of the sweet and savory. Great job on the challenge!

Lepetite: Hey chickey! You have been doing a fantastic job keeping up wiht your recovery after what you have been through! Your so inspiring and great job on the pizza! I loove TJ's sesame almonds, thier the best!

Today...

Breakfast: 2 slices of TJ's Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Bread made dipped in 2 eggs to make some french toast! One piece topped with cinnamon ricotta and maple syrup. Other half topped with peanut butter, chocolate chis, melted banana and coconut:) amaaazing! 2 scrambled italian eggs with 2 slices of turkey ham

 

Lunch: One multigrain wrap filled with Olive Hummus, Roast Beef, Red Roasted Peppers, Avocado, Lettuce and Italian Cheese! So Good!

Snack: Yogurt Blended with avocado, chocolate pudding and 1/2 banana. Topped with walnuts and granola. More Cinnamon Rasin Walnut bread with 1/2 melted banana, peanut butter and jelly (classic ;))

Dinner: Fish Tacos! 2 Taco shells with fish, cooked cabbage, carrots in sesame oil with sesame seeds, thai ginger peanut butter for dressing!

Snack: Pumpkin microwaved with peanut butter, on top of cottage cheese with granola, walnuts, sesame honey almonds and sun butter!

OMG what a greattt dayy!!! I exactly what I wanted with no counting or anything, oh boy it was fabulous and no guilt what so ever. We also went out shopping to trader joes and whole foods with a bunch of goodies. I was so happy and finally felt like i appreciated my body and listen to its signals!

Breakfast: Turnip sundried tomato spinach hash with diced ham, drzzled olive oil and 2 dippen eggs on top. 2 Pumpkin scrambled eggs with side of pumpernickel toast with cream cheese and butter.

Lunch: Jalapeno Cheddar bread toasted as a sandwich win the pan with roast beef, velvetta, tomatoes and avocado. Chicken, cabbage, bok choy and egg plant salad on the side.

Snack: Raisin Walnut bread (from TJ!) spread with NEW chocolate soy nut butter, creamed honey, peanut butter and banana slices toasted in the pan to perfection ;) Side of a vanilla protein shake with soy milk.

Dinner: Chilli sesame oil chicken stiry fry with a sweet potato spread with almond butter and half with new WF white bean hummus

Snack: New sesame almonds, cottage cheese pumpkin microwaved with ob and granola

Today has been such a great day and more snow on the way! haha that rhymed. Anyhoo, i had followed my instincts and ate aout 100 calories over today! It definatley challenged ED because today was a sedentary day as well eekks! Thats okay because when my body wants food i have to respond! No more ignoring the signals :)

Eatss....

Breakfast: 1/3 cup of oats mixed with vanilla pudding and 1/3 cup of regular milk! Also stirred in with 1/2 banana, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla extract and topped with almonds and peanut butter! Sooo good but i wanted more of a banana flavor so next time i will melt the banana first. 4 egg omlet with veggies and 2 slices of turkey ham

Lunch: Leftover Pad Thai! ohh yeaah, with tuscan herbed pita chips on the side

Snack (I was so hungry!): 1 english muffin toasted then topped with almond butter, banana, honey and strawberry jelly. Yoplait greek yogurt with a bit of maple syrup, crushed butter snap pretzels, almonds pb and blueberries.

Dinner: Multigrain wrap filled with roasted fennel, mashed turnips, sun dried tomatoes and Italian herb cheese.

Snack: 3/4 cup of cottage cheese with almonds, homemade vegan almond cookie, peanut butter, coconut and banana.

Glen! You are quite the baker aren't you! It's too cute, your so creative in the kitchen. It's great to hear that you had a great day. You have been doing an amazing job and you deserve to love yourself for what a great thing you are doing to help your body and sticking with it! Today was another weigh in day and moma says that i'm doing good. I'm not wuite sure what my weight is but from what i see and feel, i have a feeling i am around 7-8 lbs away from my goal weight! I'm so excited but also scared for the matience process, but its nothing to worry about yet!

As for food wise today was a HUGE challenge day which i was sooooo prepared for!

Breakfast: Green Smoothie!! It was okay but i'm awaiting to discover so new recipes and buy new protein powder! 1 cup of soymilk blended with 1 tsp of flax seed, 1/2 cup of cooked spinach, 1/2 banana, strawberries and chocolate whey protein powder. Poured over cereal with walnuts! 4 scrambled eggs with veggies and 2 ham slices

Lunch: Steak and balsamic salad. Tuscan herbed pita chips with pine nut roased hummus

Snack: (Such a challenge!) 1 english muffin with cream cheese, almond butter and slices strawberries! 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with almonds, walnuts, kashi go lean, cinnamon and sliced strawberries

Dinner: This has been something i have waiting to try FOREVER! i was totally not expecting it tonight and ED was a little bit freaked out but I did it!

Pad Thai!: Diced chicken and steak marinated with peanut butter soy sauce, hot sauce, crushed red pepper, garlic powder and ginger in a crock pot. My mom sauteed cabbage, carrots, bok choy and green onions with sesame oil and sesame seeds on a bed of Udon Noodles! It was AMAZZING!

Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of pumpkin microwaved with a tablespoon of almond butter, topped with kashi warm cinnamon cereal, go lean crunch, honey, sun butter and walnuts! Best snack.

Today has been difficult because i am dealing with the issue of still being hungry after my meals but i think ED is making me think that I can only eat 3000 and i'm not quite sure what to do about it. I am gaining weight kind of rapidly so im not sure weather to increase or not?

Breakfast: Cinnamon Vanilla Eggs topped with jelly. 2 scarmbled eggs topped with italian cheese and roasted pine nut hummus. 1 cup of cereal with strawberry flavoring, vanilla protien powder, soy milk, banana pudding and dark chocolate almonds.

Lunch: Pumpernickel sandwich with velvetta, avocado, thin steak slices, garlic, red pepper and tomato fried in the pan to perfection! Side of chicken mixed with green pepper onions and hot sauce dusted with cinnamon

Snack: Cottage cheese mixed with coco powder, chocolate and mint chips, chocolate almonds, kashi cereals and pb pretzels. Slice of homemade cinnamon raisian bread with extra cinnamon and raisians, pb and honey.

Dinner: Large buttery cinnamon sweet potato, grilled steak and roasted fennel and onions

Snack: pb mixed with pumpkin microwaved ontop of cottage cheese, granola, sun butter and coconut!

Hey! Having such a positive day and hope everyone else is as well! Play practice again then possibly going on a double date type thing with my sister haha. I think were going ice skating! Havent done this in so long, last time i couldnt go bc doctors orders that i wasnt allowed to exercise but now i can! (Not exercise but go ice skating.) Honestly, my urges for exercise have gone away and i dont feel the need to have to run around all day. Normal people defiantly dont live that way so why should I? It made me miserable anyway so what was the use?

Karina: Your so inspiring! I am a dancer as well but in my school play. Its so much fun and i never figured i enjoyed dancing so much until i joined. Your eats always look delicous! <3

Breakfast: 4 eggs with italian seasonings and veggies, 2 slices of turkey ham. Cereal mixed with 1 cup of soy milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, brown sugar almonds and sliced banana ! Soo good!

Lunch: Hummus, turkey, lettuce, roasted pepper and italian cheese wrap

Snack: Banana pudding mixed with cobani and a kind nut bar

Dinner: Large sweet potato with chicken and roasted vegtables topped with cheese

Snack: Pb and banana sandwich with cinnamon raisan bread! yumm! homemade and soo good. With a side of pistachio pudding on top of cottage cheese mixed with dark chocolate almonds and flax seeds.

Delicous and nutritious: Hey lovie thanks! I love yours tooo<3

Hey lovies, hope everyone is having a fabulous wednsday. I am getting very nervous because my mom told me i could play lacrosse thins year which starts in March! Oh boy, i am soooo excited but im scared because last year i was defiantly not in the right mind set to play, and dont want to go back to that. I know that i can do it but the eating part scares me. I dont want to take advantage of my parents and if i am going to put my faith into a team, i want to be there mind and body.

Yesterday, my dad told i looked the best that i have in years! It was such a great comment and i didnt let ED take that as a negitive "Your fat" comment. I simply smiled and thanked him and walked away, keeping my smile bright. It really felt beyond amazing to here someone complement me and i actually take it how it was said.

Today..

Breakfast: 2 slices of pumpernickel toast with 3 pumpkin scrambled eggs. 1 dippen egg on the pumpernickel with may, butter, red peppers and lettuce. 2 slices of turkey ham. Handful of red grapes

Lunch: Turkey lunchmeat in a wrap with pine nut hummus, red peppers, italian cheese and lettuce

Snack: Pure Raw Food Bar (!!) chocolate brownie:)yum. With chobani and melted pb, granola and a scoop of pistachio pudding!!!! soo gooood

Dinner: Large sweet potato with lots of butter, sugar and cinnamon. Chicken breast with garlic and herb seasonings. Roasted fennel, onions, red peppers and sundried tomatos

Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese mixed with pumpkin cinnamon and sugar. Topped with a banana, granola, walnuts and almond butter. Toasted waffle on top. A better version of a waffle bowl ice cream:)

Hey everyone, feel like i haven't been here in forever! Everything has been going so well. My mind has reparied itself to the point where i can finally focus in school, i have stopped religously counting calories, caring about exercise, caring about nutritional breakdowns and just having fun with life! We all seriously deserve to live life to the fullest and enjoy every aspect, even our food. You are all doing AMAZING jobs at conquering fears and taking ED out of your lives.

Glen: Your too cute! Your food seriosuly is drool worthy, haha. I would love to try eating your entire menus straight for a week and i would be so enthused every day because you are always creating something new and exciting! <3

Breakfast: Grilled mexican egg sandwhich containing 2 scrambled eggs, chedder cheese, slice of turkey pastrami, green peppers and onions. Other 2 scrambled aggs with asian sauce mixed in.

Lunch: Chicken and pine nut hummus wrap with italian cheese, lettuce and red roasted peppers.

Snack: Chobani with banana and blueberries. Topped with chocolate chips, Kashi cereals, edamame, sunflower seeds, almonds and sunbutter. Yum!

Dinner: Turkey with califlower and glazed carrots (!!), large sweet potato with loads of butter and cinnamon.

Snack: Cottage cheese mixed with chocolate chips, grapes, 1/2 brownie almond bar and granola. 1 slice of whole grain toast with pb and raisins.

Today was an interesting day, FIANLLY had my doctors appointment and i weighed in .1 pound up from tuesday to friday? I think thats becuase i have been shoveling all week from this crazy snow storm and have been more active then usual. Not quite sure what to do though?!? My doctor told me i have been looking so much better and i havent seen him in almost 2 months. He is such a sweet heart and i really feel so much better and like i have my life back on track. Hope everyone is doing well<33

Breakfast: 2 eggs mixed with italian seasonings sundried tomatoes and broccli. 2 pumpkin eggs<3 1/4 cup of oatbran mixed with vanilla protein powder, blueberries and lemon juice (this was alright :/)

Lunch: (BEST sandwich everr!) Last 2 slices of seven grain bread with avocado, chedder cheese loads of garlic and onion powder<33. Shrimp salad on the side with balsamic vinagertte.

Snack: 1 Oskios with Go lean crunch honey almond flax, mixed with honey and banana. homemade muffin with blueberries and pumpkin spice! tsp of pb on top

(At the mall!):  1 godiva dark chocolate truffle (!!) my mom was proud:) with like 7 handfuls of mixed nuts haha

Dinner: 1 chicken fajita with tomatos, lettuce and chedder cheese

Snack: Cottage cheese mixed with banana oreos and peanut butter pretzels (best combo ever)

Glen! your food always looks so amazing i would love to try that sandwich with fig jam and almond butter<3 Your awesome:)

Last night our power wen out all night from 6 to 8 in the morning! it was terrible i couldn't eat dinner so i had to fill in the calories by having snacks and such.I went sledding and shoveling ALL day so probably burned up more calories then a normal day but i wont let myself eat over? i should becuase i know how much activity i did but i have been struggling because seeing my sister fall back into her disorder is really hard. FINALLY have a doctors appointment tomorrow to see whats going on with this crazy rash and thts also been holding me back from meeting my calories needs.

Breakfast: (couldn't have soy milk to make my cereal so i ate oatmeal!!) 2 eggs with fresh lemon and eggplant. 2 eggs with velvetta and broccoli. 2 slices of turkey pastrami. 1/4 cup of oatbran mixed with french vanilla cremer, bluberries and banana with a pinch of pumpkin spice. Topped with banana pudding mixed with cottage cheese and kashi cinnamon ceral SO gooood!

Lunch: Grilled roast beef sandwich with green peppers garlic and chedder cheese on seven grain bread. Side of chicken and peppers

Snack: oskios greek yogurt mixed with blueberries topped with kashi go lean and go lean crunch with pistachios. 1 slice of seven grain toast ith sun butter and sliced banana.I chanced having nuts at this snack and i am now paying for it big time!

Dinner: Whole wheat fajita with chicken colby jack cheese and monterary with peppers fried in chilli oil

Snack: cottage cheese mixed with grnola and banana

I'm all of the sudden ALLERGIC TO NUTS! WAHTTTT! how in the world could this hapen and WHYY!?!?! why me there like my favorite and seriosuly where 1/2 my calories come from but im going to try some new things and hopefully this will pass :/

Breakfast: 2 pumpkin eggs, 2 lemon eggs with garlic feta cheese. 2 slices of tueky pastrami. 1 cup of cereal with pumpkin spice milk and slices banana topped with warm cinnamon Kashi cereal (needed some crunch instead of nuts!)

Lunch: Raspberry chicken salad with pita chips (!!) and tex mex hummus

Snack: Banana Pudding on top of greek yogurt with raspberry preserves pretzels and mixed kashi cereals

Dinner: Steak and chicken fajita with extra cheese and sliced avocado

Snack: Mocha fudge ice cream with the side of 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and crushed cookies and oreos! maybe sneek in some pb puffins

Hey everyone, hope you all are having a fantastic monday and thank goodness for the snow! Its beautiful outside and the sun is shining but anoher chance of snow storm on tueday~ might even be off from schoool :) Here's menus from today and yesterday

Sunday:

Breakfast: 1/3 homemade breakfast ricotta quiche. 1 cup of cereal with pumpkin spice soy milk and sliced almonds

Lunch: chicken steak fajita. Containing chicken, steak, lettuce, red and green peppers, chedder cheese with monterary jack cheese and advacado. Fried in chili oil and topped with green tomato sauce

Snack: 1 oskios mixed with almond extract mushed banana and go lean crunch mixed with Kashi warm cinnamon cereal. 1 sunbutter strawberry banana grilled sandwhich! yumm

Dinner: Homemade bread with butter avocado and red roasted peppers, other slice with pumpkin and cinnamon spice. Baked chicken breast with eggplant and zuchinni

Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese mixed with banana cream pudding topped with crushed peanut butter pretzels, pb puffins, chocolate chips, go lean crunch and crushed cookie!!

Today

Breakfast: (NEW!) Breakfast wrap containing 2 sausage patties, spicy chipotle hummus (defiantly WAY too spicy for me and i put so much on!), lettuce, red roasted peppers, avocado, mexican blend cheese and 2 scrambled eggs. Fried in chili oil! SOO good but soo spicy. 2 more eggs scrambled with pumpkin and veggies.

Lunch: Asian Chicken salad consisting of chicken, lettuce, chopped red pepper and green onion. Sesame sticks, wasabi peas, edamame and topped with Asian toasted sesame dressing.

Snack: Oskios with pumpkin spice and cinnamon topped with 1/2 cashew cookie lara bar go lean crunch and kashi warm cinnamon cereal. 1 tbls of peanut butter

Snack: 3 handfuls of peanut butter pretzels :)

Dinner: Roasted beef with eggplant and provelone cheese on homemade flax bread with butter

Snack: Mocha Almond fudge ice cream!! with a side of 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and crushed cookie!

hey lovies<33 missed you all yesterday, today was such a messy day. However, it was gorgeous outside from all the lovley snow. I woke up and looked outside to see philadelphia got 2 feet! Holy moly, it was pretty though and it wasnt too cold outside when i shoveled with my sisters and dad. Good day of eats as well, i love the weekends, endless possiblilties of what to have, and bought so many new things this week. Peanut butter puffins!! Woot there delicious! Any how, onto the eats......

Breakfast: 2 Pumpkin scrambled eggs sauteed with spinach and sundried tomatos, 2 eggs scrambled with lemon juice, asparagus, spinach and sundried tomato. These were sooo good! Will add garlic next time :), 3 slices of turkey ham. 1 cup of cereal with cinnamon and pumpkin spiced soy milk, topped with cinnamon brown sugar almonds, sliced strawberry and bananas

Lunch: Garlic and herbed steak stiryfried with zucchini, eggplant, red pepper, sundried tomato, spinach and extra garlic on top. Side of 2 slices of bakery seven grain bread toasted and one topped with butter avocado,  roasted pepper and onion powder. Other topped with sunbutter sliced banana and strawberry. w

Snack: Chobani yogurt mixed in dark chocolate almonds and melted strawberries and blueberries. Topped with sun butter, almond butter, Kashi H2H, Go lean crucnch, peanut buttter puffins :), banana and raspberry preserves.

Dinner: Homemade chicken enchiladas. Wrap filled with chicken steak, chedder cheese, tomatoes, peppers onions, seasonings baked in the oven then topped with green tomato sauce.

Snack: Banana pudding ontop of 1 cup of cottage cheese, peanut butter crushed pretzels, protein cookie dough and melted peanut butter

hey hungry jac, thanks a bunch for the support. Ive realized these past few days have been tough but i really think its all in my head. I'm making myself feel this way when i really should be enjoying life as it comes and embrace every moment for what it is not what it should be.

Today...

Breakfast 2 pumpkin eggs scrambled with spinach cinnamon and sun dried tomatos !! yay got them back!, 2 steak pepper and onion egg omlet with velvetta cheese. 1 cup of cereal mixed with strawberry milk, strawberries and vanilla bean almonds

Lunch: Steak and balsamic salad with sundried tomatoes and balsamic dressing. Side of Annies bunny snack mix.

snack: 1 caramel oskios greek yogurt(!!) first flavored yogurt in foever found this at shoprite! with sliced banana and vanilla bean almonds mixed with roasted walnuts

Dinner: Homemade turkey meatloaf (!!) huge fear and cant wait, mashed califlower, fresh bakery seven oat oval bread with butter and cinnamon and one piece with garlic and more butter!

Snack: Mocha almond fudge ice cream with a side of cottage cheese and crushed  peanut butter pretzels... great ending of a new day:)

hannahba: Of course its okay to go over! Maybe you should talk to your nutristionist about adding in the foods you would like. I always throw in a handful of nuts or crackers here and there just becuase i want them! the whole point of recovery is to listen to what you body wants and dont ignore your hunger cues. Listen to your body never ignore his cues for when he needs the nourishment!

Hey ladies, having a hard time today. Me and my sister are in a bit of a fight at the moment. I am just frustrated becuase shes loosing or whatever and she doesnt seem to have the courage to change it. She lies to my dad and wont admit to him about the loss and acts like his best friend. I feel like im just in my house and noone will appreciate how good i am doing but its like she walks around like everything is perfect and i feel like i cant listen or talk to her anymore. I dont feel like doing any of this anymore but keepdoing it for some reason. Ugh, really frusterating. Never feel hungry anymore, weigh in tommorrow which will probably make me feel ten times worse...... Any suggestions?

Btw: on the bright side, i bought CARMEL chobani today! So excited to try this tommorrow. First flavored yogurt in a loooonnnggg time.

Breakfast: 2 garlic chedder cheese eggs, 1 pumpkin scrambled egg, 2 slices of turkey ham. 1 1/4 cup of cereal with cinnamon, bananas and walnuts.

Lunch: Chicken stuffed ricotta veggie wrap

Snack: 1 deep chocolate vita top (!!) soo good, microwaved with banana in yogurt and pistachio crisps, melted pb on top as well:)

Dinner: Steak, monterary jack cheese, green peppers and onion fajita fried in chilli oil. Handful of amys baked snack mix

Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese with peanut butter pretzels, chocolate chips, sunbutter and vanilla bean almonds.

hey hungryjac, i will definatly stop by trader joes to try out that sauce! Sounds great thannks.

Struggling a bit today, i'm having a hard time with school and packing food because i feel more comforted and like i can make better meals at home. I pack a lunch of course but my snacks at school are very hard becuase i never know what to pack. Lik today i have play practice for 4 hours and i only packed a lunch and i dont even know how im going to fit in a snack, dinner and another snqack in the span of like 5 hours! ED has been inching his way back into my life little by little and i have to prevent his way all the way through before it gets too late. Anyhoo, today.....

Breakfast: 4 eggs scrambled with pumpkin, veggies and ricotta cheese. 2 slices of turkey ham. 1 cup of cereal mixed with chocolate soy milk topped with melted strawberries and dark chocolate almmonds

Lunch: 8 pinapple chickendumplings with extra chicken and sesame oiled cabbage and eggplant

Snack after play: 1 chocolate peanut butter sandwhich (ZEB!) with sliced banana toasted in the pan :) Maybe some yogurt on the side with new pistachio crisps, pomegrante and chocolate granola?

Dinner: Monterary jack, ground trukey and chilli oiled sauteed green peppers and onions fajita.

Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese with kashi go lean crunch, edamame, coconut mango and sunbutter!

Hey girlies! hope everyone is having a dandy monday lol dont know why i used that word but anyway=], today was FIANLLY the ending of midterms, felt like a  lifetime. I know i put in the most effort i could into studying so i knid of have been getting sidtracked from counting not sure if that is a good or bad thing but everything seems to be the same basically, i hope..

Zeb: hey, i've tried that protein cake as well! it was pretty cakey i would probably prefer it more moist like a brownie but if you perfect the recipe i would love to try it! i also am dying to try your banana ice cream and your chocolate peanut butter sandwich! all of your ideas are so good:) Your doing a great job its so good to see your amazing creations<3

 

Lepetitelee: hey~ you have been doing such a fantastic job latley and making such yummy foods stay stronng, arent midterms a pain! my honors biology test was like hell on paper in loose terms (that might just be an understatement) lol. I love school though and i am very interested in science it was just i was gone half of the year due to being inpatient and missed half of the material. It really showed me how much ED was holding me back from what i love the most. i know kind of nerdy to love science so much lol <33

Foodsss:

Breakfast: ??Chocolate Eggs?? (: mixed 2 eggs with cocopowder scrambled in some spinach and it wasnt too bad. Other two eggs with asian vegtables and thai peanut sauce and scrambled in sesame oill! so yummmy... along side2 slices of turkey ham, a bowl of cereal with cinnamon vanilla milk and chopped apples and walnuts

Lunch: Ground turkey meat with mexican chilli seasonings, sauteed green peppers and onions. Fried white(!!) potatoes in chilli oil and topped with advacado and salsaa...

Snack: Oskios greek yogurt topped with peanut butter pretzels, chocolate chips, raw cookie dough, strawberry jellly and homemade choclate granola.. with melted pb on topp! (What a snack!)

Dinner: 1 baked sweet potato with loads of butter and cinnamon, Chicken cabbage and eggplant stirfry in sesame oil topped with sesame seeds

Snack: TBD.. maybe 1 cup of cottage cheese, pistachio crisps(sooo good), sliced banana, cookie dough and peanut butter?

omg i have been studying all day and i am about to explode! my mind is so full of scientific information i am driving myself insane! Cant wait until midterms are overr! Good day of eats though and had a pretty challenging breakfast

breakfast: Pancakes(!!) swirled in peanut butter, dark chocolate and strawberries! yummooo..... along with 3 eggs mixed with italian spices and veggies.. 2 slices of turkey ham

Lunch: Sauteed peppers and onions seasoned with cinnamon, garlic, onion, chilli powders topped with ground turkey, mashed pinto beans with pumpkin so good! topped with a bit of white bean hummus

Snack: 1 cup of greek yogurt, edamame, coconut, chocolate covered soy nuts, melted strawberries, walnuts, topped with honey sunshine and go lean crunch and sunbutter! yummm

Dinner: cabbage and eggplant fried in sesame oil with pinapple chicken wontons and extra chicken

Snack: homemade cookie dough in 1 cup of cottage cheese, microwaved protein chocolate peanut butter granola topped with peanut butter and chocolate covered soy nutss

Eliza: Hey girl!, thats such a great attitude, good luck with everything and college should be fun and not have to be worried about silly ED. You can do this your such a sweet heart, you and your sister, and you both deserve the best <33 youu too xo

Today was such an exhausting day! Two and a half hours of play practice was sooo long and we learned alot of dance moves so i surley refueled afterwards!

Breakfast: 2 balsamic italian eggs, 2 mecian chedder eggs, 1 cup of cereal with sliced strawberries and banana topped with walnus. Side of 2 slice of turkey ham

Lunch: Grande taco salad! delicous, salad including baby romaine, ground turkey meat, roasted peppers, mexican cheese, white bean hummus and tortilla chips. Topped off with spicy salsaa.

After practice!: 1 cup of oskios greek yogurt mixed with chopped apple and walnuts. Strawberry and honey almond butter sandwhich with bananas! oh boy its delciiiouusss!

Dinner: Ground turkey meat fajita with monterary jack cheese, peppers onions and sour cream and advacado

Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese mixed with energy nut mix, smores goldfish!!!!, chocolate chips, homemade granola topped with peanut butter!! yummy.. great way to end off an exhausting day=]
