i think i need to pack a bigger lunch at school because i go home starving and eat a lot then i just feel guilty and too full for dinner :/

b- strawberry yogurt, special k/granola mix on top

d- about 3/4 of a salad made from giant (grilled chicken, chickpeas, beans, salsa, sunflower seeds, olive oil lite dressing), bread roll with a pat of butter, diet 7up 

s- handful of trailmix, a few chocolates, 3/4s of a giant bought blueberry muffin

i think the weight im at is my reallll weight--i eat what i want and havent excersised in a while and maintain--im happy :)

4. Wrap: ww wrap, sprouts, tomato, avocado, and feta OR ww wrap, grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, and mixed greens? second wrap!

5. Snacky lunch: hummus, pita, and string cheese OR walnuts, piece of fruit, and yogurt covered raisins? the second! i would like first without the string cheese yuckkkkkkk

6. Quesadilla: goat cheese, grilled chicken, and roasted veggies with tahini dip OR  OR monterey jack cheese, black beans, and tomatoes with salsa for dipping? second one looks interesting

7. "Salad sandwich:" egg salad, tuna salad, salmon salad, or tofu salad? i wanna try the salmon salad!

8. Soup: black bean, butternut squash, chicken noodle, or broccoli cheese? BLACK BEAN

9. Salad: spinach/feta/kalamata olive/raspberry vinaigrette OR wild greens/mandarin oranges/grilled chicken (chik'n)/oriental sesame dressing? second one omg looks delish

10. "Burger:" grilled chicken / beef / veggie / black bean? i never have beef so ive been sooo in the mood for a burger lately so BEEF!

DINNER

2. Starch: quinoa, brown rice, or whole wheat pasta? ww pasta yummy

4. Cold Starchy Side: potato salad, macaroni/pasta salad, or quinoa salad? potatoe salad

5. Veggie: roasted veggies, steamed veggies, sauteed veggies?steamed!

6. Veggie toppings: garlic herb butter, cheese, or olive oil and parm? garlic herb butter

7. Baked potato topping: sour cream, broccoli and cheese, chili, or plain? just butter please

8. Warm dish: Stew, Chili, or Thick/Rich Soup? soup

9. Pasta: alfredo tossed with broccoli and protein source OR marinara tossed with with roasted veggies and protein source? marinara!

10. Bread: buttered rolls (warm), bread and butter (cold), garlic bread, or breadsticks and marinara? warm buttered rolls!

SNACKS

1. Cookie: m&m, chocolate chip, or oatmeal raisin? choco chip;)

workout at ymca: about 2 and a half miles (run/jog), about 45 mins in the pool swimming .. such a great workout!

l- at the oyster bar: grilled chicken sandwhich with roasted pepper sauce and grilled apples with gruyere cheese, fries and ketchup

s- sticky bun, few bites of a cinnamon bun

s- bowl of special k cinnamon pecan cereal with fatfree milk, bite of swirl cinnamon bread

s- 2 hazel nut cookies, 3 ginger snaps

today

l- apple, grapes, few bits of a luna bar

s- pb&j on high cal bread (100 per slice) with 1 tbsp pb and 1 tbsp jelly or so, biggg glass of chocolate milk, 3 club crackers with hummus and cheese spread

d- huge bowl of cheerios with skim milk and 3 tbsp of sugar

workout: 1 hour lax conditioning, including 1 mile run and percent running it was tough! and 1 hour of basketball practice at 830

workout: bball game, played almost whole game so: 1 hour excersise

Its a good thing to procrastinate doing...

Add an ingredient or two (or more, heck go crazy) to each dish to make it prefect for you;-

  • Oatmeal- brown sugar, dried fruit, apples
  • Pasta in tomato sauce- italian sausage and bread
  • Fried rice- shrimp or tofu
  • A PB sandwhich- banana and granola and a glass of milk
  • A pizza- a coke and french fries
  • Butterd toast- glass of tea
  • A simple salad- soup on the side and add fixings to the salad

  • A basic cake sponge- drizzle with chocolate and icecream
  • A vegetable wrap- rice on the side

Hey brownieyedcolly, are you ok? Because what you have eaten here is seriously not an ok amount to be maintaining on, this will have a serious damage on your health! There are also some serious ana tendensies here, "a few bits of half a turkey sandwhich" every product is light and low cal products, no proper meals. I dont mean this as a personal attack, just to help you, and also let you realise that it is unfair on other people to post a meal plan such as this. Hope you can make things better!

thanks for the concern :) but this mealplan was created by my doctor and i'd rather follow her guidance than someone i dont know. i can see what you mean on the sandwhich part - but that was only because my mom ate the rest.. all my mealplans are similar to this so i won't post here anymore if it bothers you.

snack- 1 bowl of lucky charms (+tiny refill) with skim milk, half a sour dough pretzel

dinner- half of (wasn't that good^__^) eating right spicy thai noodles, 2 pieces of toast with butter, 8 ritz crackers, OJ
