I am currently an inspiring music producer w/ my own company called Beat U. Music Group. I'm also a loving and dedicated Father to a beautiful little girl named Autumn. Autumn was born on October 23, 2005 in Cleveland, OH, she is my little princess. I lived in Columbus, OH from '05 until '07 and now i'm back in Cleveland for a while then back to Columbus at the end of September. Peace and God bless. Bio Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, producer B. Starks, was influenced by the early sounds of hip-hop and soul music. Starks can accredit his passion for music to his mother and sister who introduced him to a wide variety of music at a young age. B. Starks otherwise known to his music industry peers as Starks The King, developed a hunger for production in the late 90’s when he was strictly songwriting. While working with local C-Town producers G-Hitz of Ill-type records and Phoenix Jones of Telakinetic Records, B. Starks gained the fundamentals of production where he then molded his own sound. Overtime, his unique style became known as the hottest and most sought after sound in Cleveland. With production credits for local artists such as, Phoenix Jones, Phyre, D-80, and Skrill Gates, the 27 year old hit maker knows it’s his time to breakthrough into the mainstream market. He is currently working on a new project with National recording artist Phyre forming the group The Smash Bros. and his own untitled collaboration album set to release in early 2008 under Starks’ production company, Beat U. Music Group. Starks knows that his hunger and dedication to making quality music will inspire a new trend in music and will hopefully inspire the next wave of up and coming producers.
