I am typically a hard gainer but have managed to accumulate good muscle mass with low body fat at 5'10" approx. 200#.  I'm here as part of a constant effort to tweak my diet so that I can keep what I have worked hard to gain for as long as possible.... and always trying to learn to be smarter at going about it.  Always trying to fine tune exercise and diet for optimum health and visual results.
