i am 38 soon to be 39, still can't believe that!! I've been overweight my entire adult life and am fed up with it! I am ready for a change.  I am married and have 2 children a girl, 12 and boy 10.  I joined this site on 1-11-06 and have to date  lost 20 lbs!!  I do have a very long way to go but with the help and support i get from this site i am sure i will get there...slowly but surely!
