Your APPISTAT is what controls your appetite (easy ah? lol) fat/sugar overrides the signals it sends, so does carbs.PROTEIN however it sends the signal as soon as you have had enough to STOP EATING and that your FULL. So eat more protein with your meals! BUT DO NOT go over the daily allowance, or you could strain your KIDNEYS and LIVER. Even bodybuilders dont need more protein than anyone else, only a few grams.

It WONT hurt to go under 1200 cals some days if you dont want to eat or have a unactive day. Your body basicly stores 1800 cals from the day before anyway so you cant go under if you do it for one day

TAKE REST DAYS. I cant stress how important this is, even if your rest day contains a small walk because you find it hard... thats fine. On your rest days, your body builds your muscle, and relaxes. You also will find your weight drops after your two rest days as your body stops retaining water. If you dont take rest days, your body will be constantly training and it will start to make you tired and your find it harder to lose weight.

Do not worry about 'Eating back calories'  Just stick to 1300 to 1600, you dont need more than that unless your a athlete or male

A DIFICIT of over 1,000 4 out of 7 days wil NOT hurt you or prevent weightloss, as long as its not over 1100.

Dont let anyone tell you your too thin, only YOU will know when to stop. as long as you do STAY IN YOUR HEALTHY WEIGHT RANGE FOR YOUR HEIGHT, EVEN IF ITS RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM

Try not to eat after 6pm on the day before you weigh, and try not to eat too many complex carbs the day before also as they will cause bloating or make youa few pounds heavier!

you dont need to take a protein powder at all if you eat a good diet, and you DONT need to panic about when to eat your food (before, after workout) Do what suits you, it makes no real differnce.

 i have a underactive thyriod and im on meds. I stick to 1,300 to 1,800 calories a day and exercise 5 times a week when possible on the running machine (High Intensity Interval Training and endurance) & bike. I also walk everywhere, do weights and enjoy being active.

No matter now much everyone hates the idea, it is simply CALORIES IN V CALORIES OUT that makes weight loss happen or not. its that simple. To get faster results, exercise more and eat more nutrient rich foods there is NO magic anwear. Hard work and dedication is the only way
