| Bio | I am 34 years old, a wife and a mother of 2. My oldest is 6 and youngest is 3. I am over 5'4 but not quite 5'5, and currently weigh 130. I work out at least 5 times a week....mostly workout videos. I want to lose my last 5-10 lbs, and am finding it a lot harder than it was to lose the first 20. I love food....so changing my eating habits was tough. Learning when to say when is my biggest battle especially if the food is delicious. I've learned which foods are "good" and which are "bad," and generally try to eat the "good stuff" more than the "bad." I've also learned to actually enjoy working out. I love how I feel after a good sweat. I had to learn that you have to make time for exercise. Think of it as YOUR time to do something GREAT for you and only you. Anyhow, I've learned a lot in the last year, most of it from my CC friends. Knowledge is power. I am healthier and happier with myself than I've ever been, and am happy to have found a stronger me. Losing weight is a tough battle. You can't give up. It won't come off magically, but with a lot of sweat, and even more determination, it can be done!
