Bio

I am 23, and working to be healthier.  I am trying a new thing of saying i am NOT on a diet, i am just eating right and watching it work for me.  I am only counting the calories, and exercising more to keep up my health.  I do not want to be skinny, i want to look healthy! Right now, i look neither.  oh well... :) i will get there, and this site is helping more than you know.  KEEP UP THE FIGHT AGAINST BEING FAT! err, just being unhealthy, i kinda like the chubby look.  Just enough not to see bones, ya know?
