I was trying to be supportive and you e-yelled at me.

i would just like to let you know i didnt e-yell at you. or at least, not on the first page of the forum. i bolded my response to your comment because when theres a long post people dont usually read it all, there were parts i wanted noticed more than others, like how my doctor specializes in that area (weight and nutrition) as well as the last paragraph i wanted at least noticed. i know bolding can make it seem like yelling, but trust me... the part where i got really mad and started e-yelling was when that girl assumed and then said i photoshopped fat out of my pictures. before that my only angry post was the main one where i was venting. (ps i only photoshop a tan on, i was white white white)

thank you, changeofheart

i know the things i said were mean, but all i wanted was for people to know im not anorexic.

and though i tried to say so, i kept getting told i was very wrong. of course it made me mad. what would you say if people told you that youre anorexic and everything you think (and know) is wrong? i know i reacted to my anger very poorly, and for that im sorry.

i was hurt, and of course i lashed out. but come on, has no one else ever gotten angry when they've been hurt? sorry i e-yelled at anyone. unless i e-yelled at an e-insulter. especially when people make sarcastic remarks like "fasting, so thats how u lost all that weight" when that is untrue. it sucks.

i just needed to let off steam and got even more offended in the process.  i feel better after a long walk and gym-time, but it still sucks knowing that ive totally made a mess of myself online. kinda embarrassing. my own fault really, and immatuer and rude too, but insulting someone whose obviously upset is just as immature and rude. im sorry for comotion i caused, i was just trying to let off steam somewhere, but then others just kept turning up the heat for me, and there well, the steam pot couldnt keep any of it in anymore.

fine. you all win. whatever. i know that im not anorexic and thats all that matters. i know what weight i have to lose and thats all that matters.

sorry if im under so much stress from losing a baby and being judged by faceless internet chatters who call me anorexic when im far from it. usually this wouldnt bother me but everything bothers me after the 'incident'. its too much for me. i know theres people who have much more weight than me to lose, but all i was trying to say was that dont judge other people without knowing the facts first. it can hurt peoples feelings.

i know i got very offensive, but i was offensive because i was defensive. you cant understand when someone is being defensive of themselves and just trying to explain themselves. so what if i was upset and angry, ive been through a lot. and then saying im not anorexic and then having more people say "uh, yes you are" just makes it worse. none of you know my body better than me, my doctor, or my trainer at the gym.

you are all very mean people.

Fasting for too long does have some very serious health effects. I would say that this site does not condone fasting for weight loss reasons, as it is an unhealthy method that can lead to serious malnutrition if done too often.

ive said a few times in this topic already i dont do it for weight loss reasons

everyone on this website judges other people. this is why i hate people. you all SUCK. deleting my account, u can all die and im not just "emotional" because of my miscarraige, you all just genuinly **** suck.

Ohhhhhhhh.. heheh... "fasting"... is that what you crazy kids call it these days?

I wondered how you lost 75lbs in a couple of months.

nooo its not. i wasnt fasting when i lost that weight. thanks for judging me :)
i fast bi-annually for spiritual reasons not because i hate food or my body or whatever other words you're gonna put in my mouth.

Well, I still feel that your best answer is toning. Whether or not you have a high body fat percentage is irrelevent. If you lose too much weight, you will be underweight and there are some serious health effects that go with them. Especially because, to maintain a weight loss at your weight, you probably aren't taking very many calories in, thus leading to dangers of malnutrition.

Your BEST bet is to eat more, go into maintenance, and start lifting weights, trying to keep the same weight while building muscle and losing fat.

i eat at least 2000 cals a day (when not fasting) because of my exercise routine. im apparently very slow at building muslce. i have my workout routine (well i have my newest one) posted in my journal. which i should be leaving to go do at the gym now anyways

why not focus on toning up your body through strength training and pilates, things like that instead of just a weight goal? I tell myself daily that it's not so much about the scale, you're right, it's about the body fat and the inches. As long as you eat enough calories to allow your organs to function properly (your BMR) plus enough to cover your workout burn, you should be able to tone up.

i am trying to tone up, i just dont know what the number on the scale would be. im trying to lose fat and increase muscle, but i have no clue what the number on the scale would be. im looking for a healthy body fat %, i dont care what the scale says, i just guesstimated the number at 115. it would be correct if i only wanted to lose fat but because i also want to gain muscle it would probabkly be closer to 120, but the thing is i have enoguh excess fat that i will dip down to 115 before muscle is built up to add weight. but if u check my exercise plan in my journal you'll see im trying to work on my toning

the one i currently use looks like a steering wheel sort of thing. but not a wheel, it has handles instead of a full circle. "electric" body fat measuring thing. im not sure how it works but the service guy at the gym set it all up for me (still using it weekly)

the one at my doctors office (in the obesity clinic) ive only been there once because im not an actual patient of his, he sees me on his personal time (my moms a patient) its like a big scale and it measures through my feet not my hands

Hmmm. Well if you didn't photoshop your pictures you look pretty fabulous and thin in them but then again, stomach fat is easy to disguise so being skinny-fat is a possibility. I'm just saying that after losing as much weight as you have, which is a great achievement!, you probably have some loose skin leftover.

i have mastered the art of sucking in my gut. i have done sicne i was 13. i dont photoshop, i just suck in my gut constantly, even when im sitting down. its not loose skin though. because if it was loose skin i wouldnt have to suck in my gut,.

The reason people think you're anorexic is because you've photoshopped all the fat out of your pictures so they think you're actually that thin.

Oh, and I believe that you are skinny-fat. It's lose skin left over from your obese days.

screw what you think. i didnt photoshop any fat out, i photoshopped a tan on. thanks for judging me, i appreciate it. next time i want to feel like **** ill give u a call. now im pissed off again. i hate people so much. its NOT SKIN! HOW WOULD YOU KNOW, HUH? HAVE YOU SEEN ME NAKED? ITS FAT! OKAY? ****! im SO offended, angry, and in tears. i hope ur happy.

i just got so incredibly offended seeing someone publicly call me anorexic and i received messages tellign me im "borderline anorexic". i mean, they dont understand that some people, as you said, can carry surprisingly more fat for their weight. im no longer in tears, thank you p_fagan Laughing

i stopped drugs before i found out i was pregnant, quite a while before, but since the miscarraige have started again. just thought id point that out, drugs didnt cause it.

and btw the doctor does know what hes talknig about. He works with overweight people to help them lose weight, I've been seeing him since I was almost 200 pounds.. He knows I still have some fat to get rid of or "replace" with muscle. so do i. so does the personal trainer i see at the gym. they have all seen my belly fat. if i showed u you would see it too and believe me, but im not about ready to expose my midsection to the world until im bikini ready. i am not trying to conceive again until after college. i cant tone pounds of fat, i can tone SOME fat. but the rest i have to lose. trust me, if u saw it you would be very surprised (the personal trainer was very surprised!)

and i know some people have EDs on this website, but that doesnt mean people can message anyone they think has an ED and tell them so, or comment on a PUBLIC PAGE because i find it embarrasing to me to be called anorexic. i mean, message me if you're really concerned and cant hold the undying urge any longer to tell me your unwanted opinions, but doing it publicly embarrasses me (mostly because i am not suffering from an ED)

I commented about fasting and being pregnant, but then I saw your miscarriage post. I have had a miscarriage, too. I'm sorry for your loss. Maybe it wasn't time yet to have a baby. I would suggest fasting from everything you said but food. Especially if you are wanting to stick with your rigorous workout routine.

i dont want to put off the routine so im going to put off the fast until im done at least two months of my new workout routine. its mostly spiritual reasons i do it (also helps with some other things) so please dont say i shouldnt ever fast because it offends me and my beliefs. im also not in a good mood today because people dont understand being "skinny fat" as i receive many email about how im anoerxic, when im very much NOT. its offensive.
and if i offend any jackass today i dont reallycare.

If you want to preserve your muscle, and aspire to be a personal trainer, why is it that you goal weight would put you at an anorexic BMI? I'm sorry if that sounds rude; no need to answer.
its not anorexic, you ignorant jerk.
i have fat on me. i do. my doctor agrees. my body fat percent is higher than it should, i get it checked weekly at the gym. I assume that the number on the scale i want would be at 115 judging by the actual fat i lose per pound so far.
not everyone is skinny at 125. some people, like me, are skinny fat at 125. You suck for judging me like that. i hate you :)

besides, you're the ones who's 116. hypocrite.
Weight Loss Does it Really Make a Big Difference in losing weight not eating after 7 p.? Feb 04 2008

eating before bed won't make you gain weight just because you ate before a period of inactivity, because u will again be active and start burning away.

really, eating before bed is only a small "suggested" no-no because when you're sleeping its better if all of you is sleeping, digestive system included. although this won't affect your health MAJORLY or anything, it's just been "said" that you will get a better nights sleep and be less likely for whatever minor digestive issues they were talking about....i read it in a prevention health magazine a few months back. nothing serious will come from eating before bed, and they "say" you will feel more refreshed in the morning if u dont sleep on a full stomach but.....ive never had a problem with it though, im sure not many others have noticed a big problem either
