On the way driving to work today, I thought I saw a small dead animal on the road. Upon approaching it, I thought it was odd that the animal looked whole and there was no blood or guts. Not wanting to run over it again, I carefully straddled it. Soon as I got past, I saw it running in the rear view mirror. It was a kitten and that was only sleeping on the road. I am glad I didn't run over it. |

It depends on the tattoos. Symbols may be fine if it's your family crest or seal, your tribe's traditional symbols. I agree about the name in big letter though :) To me tattoos are body art or personal statements to the world. If they don't qualify to either, they look out of place and serve as a statement to the world that "Yes, I'm that stupid!" |

At school in the early years I was strongly involved in student government, and competed athletically (soccer, volleyball, track, ping pong, badminton, and swimming) and academically (math quiz, speech). In the latter years, I lost interest and disappeared from the scene, choosing to pursue my own adventures. At home in the early years I was the rebel child who loved his parents. For years I ignored the then society rule of men not going to the market shopping for food. My mother had health issue so I went to the market for her and became pretty good at shopping and cooking. In the later years when my brothers were old enough to help, I took off on my own adventures and often was gone from home for days at a time. Looking back now, I am amazed that my parents allowed me such freedom. My interest back then was to scale every mountain and to dive/swim in every water I can safely access during the war. That and martial arts. Your thread has rekindled some of my interests. Thanks. |

If you live to 80 and have no regret, you haven't lived at all. Consider carefully, your body will be the canvas for an artist. Make sure the person is truly and artist and make sure you like his/her art before you commit. PS: I like SpoiledCandy's suggestions. |
