| Bio | I am a 20-year-old college student, who is looking to shed 25 pounds. I have very little discipline when it comes to food, but I hope to work on that. I recently had my blood pressure checked and found it slightly high. I hope to get it back to normal as soon as possible by eating "clean" food and exercising 30 minutes everyday.
