I tend to switch to yogurt with frozen berries mixed in when it gets really hot out.

I eat it with the berries still frozen so they're kinda crunchy and it takes longer to eat.

I practically only drink tea in the winter and I don't think it's a problem, as long as it is mostly caffiene free herbal teas.

Even if you eat before you drink, it might hit you harder than it would otherwise.

I don't know how long between your work out and when you plan to drink, but from experience I know that if you drink pretty soon after you work out, your tollerance goes way down.

I second what santonacci said.  Being laid off really does suck...  Being a good student and getting good grades and having a good portfolio and being one of the first in my class to find a job and then still being laid off sucks...  Being unmotivated because I know there's no point in looking right now sucks... Listening to all my friends complain about work sucks...

My boyfriend is like that too- He's lost 20 lb since he moved in with me because I do all the shopping.  He's very supportive though.  I actually find his high metabolism kind of helpful because He will eat anything that I ask him to get rid of.  If friends bring cookies over or I buy ice cream and then decide it's not worth it, he is always happy to eliminate any temptation I ask him to.  There is a drawer in the kitchen dedicated to his snacks that I don't touch.

We had one where I used to work, and it was awesome.  However, I agree that it sounds much more expensive to buy the k-cups.

My cat thinks she's hidden as long as she is under a towel or sheet, so we just put a towel on the table and she jumps right up to hide under it, right where we need her to be.  The vet just gave her shots right through the towel.

Good for you.  I second what everyone else said.

Also, maybe see if you could go out and get a meal with some friends.  Even if you think you don't feel like it, it might chear you up.

I agree with the posts above.  I find that attempting to get around 30% protein (it is difficult for me) really helps me stick to my calories, and also helps me feel the least bloated and most able to work out.

We have similar stats. (I am almost 21, 5'6, 145 lb, and hoping to lose 20 lb by april).  Add me as a friend if you would like.

I used to be like that, and sometimes still am.  I just have to remind myself that I am a human, not a human garbage can.  If it's healthy food, freeze it; If not, give it to your friends.
