Father of 3 boys, I was sent to the hospital at 254 lbs with acute pancreatitis. When I left the hospital I was told to go on a low fat diet- so I did. Now I have lost 51 lbs (20lbs in the hosp) and am going to drop another 10lbs. I hope to reach my goal by thanksgiving. the hardesty thing for me is cooking for my boys and not eating waht I cook them. I have started cooking them lower fat meals.
