Hey ! .. here i am . i'm at 212 now (feb 2007) my goal is 180 by beginning of June 2007..  I'm a Computer System Monitoring specialist for CGI in montreal.  Father of 6y.o. Girl and 3y.o boy. that's it for me !

Update:  March 12th .. i'm now at 206 .. only 6 pnds in 1st month .. but i did not really watched what I hate .. decided to shift in 2nd gear from now on .. Established a eating log, and restarting to weight lifting tonight .. already prepared my 3 times/week program. I'll be back in next month for more news.. hopefully under 200. ...

March 27th .. wow.. 2nd gear was hard to shift in .. back +2 pnds since last update.. gotta get back on track... April is my month.. i'm starting to come to work with my bicycle tomorow as temperature will is getting better and snow has melted a lot. (15 Miles from home to work)
