The blood type diet is a bunch of quackery. |

Are you getting enough healthy dietary fats? When you go low carb, fat becomes your buddy because fat is used as energy in place of the carbs! |

How about you buy meat from local family farms if you are nearby any? The animals likely lived a better life than animals from factory farms. |

Oreos are pretty generic though the sugar is what hooks you on to them. I haven't had oreos in over a year and I am happy about that |

Yay
I would suggest to use stevia in moderation. So if you use the stevia liquid extract, a few drops will sweeten the food nicely. Try not to use it so much that you become dependent on it. |

To me, not healthy.
The juice is likely pasteurized which destroys nutrients. The fiber is likely to be stripped away too. |

Ignore the red bar. Coconut oil has healthy fats so what is the need to worry? |

In time, your appetite will adjust. Try to focus on healthy food choices. |

Just search "agave unhealthy" on Google and you find many websites pertaining to this topic. |

Are you sure that doctor is credible? Like a juice fast will cause damage to your body because you will likely be missing out on healthy fats. protein, and other vital nutrients. Even if you lose weight on the juice fast, you will likely gain it back. How about you increase your calories, you are eating way too little. I personally found that I lost weight when increasing my calories to a healthier level. How about 1500 calories or so? |

Where is the proof in the 1 lb red meat taking a month to digest. Our bodies are fully capable of digesting the food given to them in a couple of hours or perhaps a few days if you have digestion issues. |

| Foods | Avocados - what the heck? | Feb 23 2013 01:50 (UTC) |

Just eat the whole avocado! It's about 120-300 cals depending on the size. The current avocados I have at homes are so tiny and are about 120 calories. Anyways, I used to fear the avocado and would only eat 1/4 of it daily but now I just eat the whole avocado
Avocados are a great source of mono saturated fats, numerous vitamins and minerals, lots of fiber, etc. The large amount of fat in the avocados will keep you full for many hours which is great since it may reduce snacking (snacking cals can add up quickly). |

| Foods | NutraGrain bars? | Feb 23 2013 00:15 (UTC) |

That nutra-grain bar will make you hungry in less than an hour or so. Granola bars tend to be pseudo health foods. Granola bars are pretty much considered a less tasty candy bar to me! They have an excessive amount of sugar and preservatives.
How about nuts? They have fat and protein which will help with hunger. Or perhaps boiled eggs? Apple with nut butter? |
