| I had my son Decenber 22. I weighed in at 165 and I am currently down to 140. I am breast feeding but I don't know if that is really helping my weight loss. I do workout five days a week only because I am still out on maternity leave and my gym has a nursery. I have this app called couch 2 5k program that I do three times a week. I do the elliptical one day a week, and I do spin class. I love spin and it burns 500 calories a hour. My goal is to get back to pre pregnancy weight of 130. | |||

| I just looked back. I actually have lost 21 pounds since December 22nd so I guess I am on schedule. | |||

| I gave birth to my son December 22 and have only lost 18 pounds and I am breast feeding. Maybe I need to increase how much I am eating to see a significant weight loss number. I only need to lose another 12 pounds to be back at pre baby weight | |||
