I am 35 years old, married 3 years - to the most wonderful man (sorry ladies he's mine!).  I have a 14 year old son, and a 10 year old step daughter.  I decided not to grow old gracefully!  I am fighting back! 

I started this in January weighing in at 206 (5'7 tall).  I felt horrible about myself not to mention feeling so out of shape!  I am now down to 163, with my goal being 155 (as of right now), ultimately it will probably change once I get there.  I feel so much better about my self, I have more energy, and I am just generallly all around happier.  Amazing!  All though you can see I don't post much, I still get tons of support and guidance "lurking" through the forums.  Lots of inspiration and support to be found on this site.
