| Bio | 5-5 127 12 % Bfat solid muscle now workout daily 15 minutes cardio ( elliptical/bike) 2 hours of weights. Post college soccer player- 3 knee surgeries ( meniscus removal) I am trying really hard to cut back on cardio and up my daily calorie intake. Currently, I am in recovery ( or trying) from exercise anorexia aka anorexia athletica. YEs, it is an EDNOS. However, every once in awhile I do binge/purge due to stress in my life or things I can't control. Although, here of recently in recovery from anorexia I have found myself binging everyday. I know I need to get a grip on this before it spirals out of control. Thus I am here! :) I am hoping to get on a binge free way of life. Moderation is key!!! Everday is a day towards recovery. UPDATE!!!! I am now in recovery from bulimic tendencies and anorexia. I have a figure coach and am training for my first figure competition in April 2009 YEAH!!!! current 127 10 percent bf Low weight : 109 High weight: 165 |
