I am the mother of 2 grown children (28 and 26 years old) who both still live at home! AGHHH!!!!!  I am also raising my  y4ear old grandaughter, the light of my life, McKenna Rae.  I have been obese almost all of my adult life, I've tried every diet and 'program' known to man.  I'm always successful!.......and then I lose control again.  The older I get, and the more health issues I have, the harder it is to lose weight.  My biggest fear (outside of dieing from my eating disorder) is losing my mobility.  Morbid obesity, added to some old dance injuries and degenerative arthritis in my knees has limited my physical activity.  This year I plan to move more, ride my bicycle,  exercise in the pool and eat healthfully. I'm thrilled that a friend steered me to this site, I hope to find support and make some friends.
