I grew up in the Rockies, have a B.Sc. and a B.Ed. and a yoga instructor's certificate. I'm a freelance (free!) editor and love it. I have a 7-year-old son, and I just lost 50 pounds and then took a trip to Cuba. You know, SO much easier to keep the pounds off with a gorgeous ocean to swim in! OR Living in a walkable city like Montreal.
But now I'm back to winter in Canada, and would like to take off another 10-15 pounds and stay fit during the long, cold miserable weather. I'm solar-powered and just kind of shut down when it's icky outside. Any suggestions welcomed. My only idea so far is a) figure out a way to go on another wonderful beach vacation and b) go to hot yoga or c) my favourite plan, find a life partner so I could get lots of warm, fun, delicious exercise in bed! Ha.
