Welcome KatieC1983!  What are the P.I.N.K. Method dvds?  I'm looking for cold weather work out ideas - gyms are super pricey so my living room is all I have to work with on the bitter cold days.

Got off track due to a cold, but I'm back to 100%.  Interested to see what the scale will say tomorrow.  The big accomplishment for today was running 5 miles!! (on the tredmill w/ not hills but it's a start!)  Looking forwarding to getting back in the mix.

Oh my goodness, that's so me.  Part of me feels like a cop out for such a small stgw, but at the same time, I'm not going to ignore what time of year it is.  If I can lose 2 lbs instead of gaining weight in december, that's as good as losing 5 lbs in a month!

Add comments: I'm up a few lbs and it's because for some reason I thought I could eat the same as my bf and it'd be ok.  This month I'm going to turn things around.  5k in Dec that I need to get ready for and I really want to go into the holidays feeling good about my eating habits

11/08:  Very happy with the scale this morning!  Now to just keep up the hard work so I go into Thanksgiving feeling good.

11/22:  Still down but losing ground :-s  I avoided the muffins at the coffee shop this morning so that's a win.  I have my first 5k race in a couple wks so I'll be running a lot while I'm home for Thanksgiving.  Here's to no gain over the holiday!

11/29:  OK sooo I didn't really lose at all (according to the scale).  But on top of turkey it's TTOM...  I did run twice while I was home so points there!  I'm hoping to see much better numbers after a couple days at home.
