On March 26, 2009 I gave birth. Even though my postpartum apt. w/ my Dr. isn't until May 6, 2009, I'm hardheaded and decided to start working out as soon as I felt I could. I did, however, gradually build it back up. I have 30lbs to lose. My realistic goal is to lose 15lbs by May 21st.

I bought Turbo Jam in the last months of my pregnancy and started the 10-day KickStart on Monday the 6th of April. Did my before picture and my measurements and weight. I weigh 167lbs as of Saturday the 4th of April. I use to have abs, scuplpted arms and shoulders, and strong legs. When I checked in to Labor and Delivery my weight was 191lbs (pre-eclampsia).

My goal: get back to where I was at. I currently do Turbo Jam. Once i get my weight where I want it I plan on buying Charlene's other videos program, Cherlene Extreme, to build my muscle back up.
