I'm trying to get into a more healthy lifestyle.  To do this, I am taking a nutrition class and stress management class as electives, and using this site to track calories.

I want to go from my current weight of 358lbs to 200lbs.  Once at 200lbs I will decide where I need to go from there.  A healthy weight according to BMI would be in the neighborhood of 160lbs, but I feel that this weight would be too low for my frame and musculature to be an attainable goal.
