Glad to hear that you are just having a hissy fit.  She may have lost 10lbs but she has to be miserable to be around for lack of food.  There is no way in h#$% she can sustain that lifestyle.  You on the other hand should not compete with other but with yourself.  I look at my scale and after every 5 lbs and vow not to see the high end of the 5 lbs mark again.  This keeps me on track with loosing even if the scale goes up it is never the whole 5 lbs.  Ex.  I'm at 175 and then I get down to 170,  a bad weekend can put me up to 173, but that is still 2 lbs less than my high and I work from there and 173 becomes my 5 lbs mark and my goal is now 168. Five lbs at a time and the weight slowly comes off and I don't beat myself up with my ups and downs.

It is not the ingredients that I am having trouble with, it is listing the ingredients so that they can be analyzed.    The program accepts the # of servings but it will not let me list anything.

I agree, it is a very frustrating.  I managed to add one recipe yesterday but I pressed so many buttons I forgot how I got there.  At it again today,  seem to me the previous application for adding a new recipe was much easier.
