I am a proud Father of two that wants to be around to watch his kids grow up. I have a lot of family history with heart attacks and dying to young and I don't want to be one of them. My Kids are my motivation and reasoning to turn my life around before it is two late. I have always been a big boy; I was a Line Man in High School and gave up sports to get my education in College. That is when my weight started to get out of control I was used to eating what I wanted and not having to worry about it. I soon found that the freshman ten had gone well beyond that and became the freshman 40 or so. I used that summer to get back to where I was at before college (which by no means was skinny). Fast forward 8 years later and two kids later, yes men gain baby weight to ladies. I stepped on the scale and found out I was knocking on the door of 300 pounder club and this is the worst shape I have ever been in. I have lost about 10 pounds since the beginning of the year but I have fallen off the diet wagon twice since the start of the year. I know I can do it I just have to make up my mind to do it, my goal is to use the tools that CC gives you to hold my self accountable to reach my goal of 200 lbs.
