*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~*I Hey I'm 18 and joined this site on July 11th with the hope of exposing myself to a supportive group of people and helpful resources to keep me on track with being the healthiest I can be. My issue that I would love to solve and do away with is that I tend to eat relatively healthily througout the day, but come 9 or 10 at night (especially if I have a late shift at work) I'll eat quick fixes--not junk necessarily bc I don't have alot of that at my house--but grilled cheese sandwiches or cereal. This wouldn't seem so bad except I'm so hungry I end up wayoverdoing it and I feel like complete crap the next day and this habit is not helping my weightloss at all!! I do belong to a gym and use their weights and nautilus (spl?) equipment, but would like to incorporate more cardio and ab work now with my new routine that begins today!!

So--any advice for late-night "dinners" that turn into unbalanced binges?? I know I should eat regularly throughout the day to prevent hunger attacks, but with long shifts it's become really hard. It would really help to have someone who's trying to get out of this awful rut that is sabatoging all good efforts of the day. Thanks :D I'm here for all of you 100 percent XD!!
