Bio

Always been overweight and have always been able to keep it down.  I retired 5 years ago and low and behold gained a bunch of weight.  Basically I told myself I was tired of worring about my weight problem.

Now my joints are sore and I realize I need to get healthy.  Age is catching up with me and I don't really like what I see in the mirror.

Time to begin the stuggle to get healthy.  I know I have to change my lifestyle, get more active and put less enphasis on food.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
