| Bio | I've been thinking about getting fit for a long time. It took turning 40, recent diabetes, and high cholesterol to make the plunge. Not to mention a history of heart disease in my family. I've been doing this about two months and have lost 35 pounds. All I can say is I feel better, my mind is clearer, and I think my personality is better. I watch my calories and fat intake, and exercize six days a week. It was really hard, but once I got into my rhythm, it got easier every day. I have become a vegetarian. I enjoy helping other people, drinking tea, and exploring my new-found interest in spirituality. UPDATE: As of September 25th I have now lost 56 pounds. I am down to 247. UPDATE: As of October 11th I have now lost 62 pounds. I am down to 241. UPDATE: As of October 21th I have now lost 66 pounds. I am down to 237. UPDATE: As of November 4th I have now lost 70 pounds. I am down to 233. UPDATE: As of November 25th I have now lost 75 pounds. I am down to 228. UPDATE: As of December 18th I have now lost 80 pounds. I am down to 223. UPDATE: As of January 5th, 2008 I have now lost 87 pounds. I am down to 216
