My name is Katie. I am a 27 year old, married female from Washington State. I have 2 wonderful kids, and 6yo little girl and a 5yo little boy. I have been married for almost 1 year.

Most of my youth was spent feeling fat, yet being the correct weight. Most/all of my adult life has been spent feeling fat, and being fat. I have multiple medical conditions that are made worse by my weight. I am 5' tall and more that 200 pounds. I have fibromyalgia and migraine headaches.

I am however blessed in the fact that I have a wonderful and amazing support system around me. My husband is beyond supportive of my weight loss efforts. My children are always keeping me on my toes. My sister is the reason that I found this site. And all of my friends are great. All of these wonderful people are always there for me and they know that I am there for them!
