I'm recovering from an eating disorder that was spawned by depression and feelings of loss of control over life as I entered adulthood.  It's a slow process, but I'm hoping this website will help!  I don't have many friends, and the ones that I do have don't understand what it's like for me or why I can't just "fix" my problem by myself.  I have problems with binging sometimes.  I want to learn about what types and how much food I should eat to bring myself back to a happier, healthier lifestyle.
