Name: Cyndie Start Weight in November 2011: 138 Add comments: okay! up 2 lbs. don't want to make excuses but i am on my period and i had whole grain chips with hummus last nite. sodium galore. i am not to worried about it tho. i am measuring this weekend. i find measurements are much more accurate. happy thanksgiving all! |

Name: Cyndie Start Weight in November 2011: 138 Add comments: i have been finding it difficult to find time to exercise. i feel as tho i have been slacking. i get up at 5:30 am for work. don't get home till 6 pm. feed the dog and let him out. change clothes and now its 6:30. then if i exercise, i am not able to eat dinner till around 8 or so. just makes for a crazy life i guess. not like i have anything else going on. so exercise it is. just wish it was easier. |

Name: Cyndie Start Weight in November 2011: 138 Add comments: in 2009 when i got married, i realized i was overweight. i made a commitment then to get the weight off. i have weight issues. my mom is morbidly obese and i am scared i will be her. i got down to 148 lbs by dec 2010 but then lost my job and gained weight over the 4 months i was unemployed. i started seriously changing my life style again in January of 2011 when i weighed 158 lbs. i am taking it slow and steady and i am now at 138. my ultimate goal is 130. i don't eat because of stress. i eat because i enjoy food. and i time constraints make it difficult for me. but i have stuck to it. and i feel so much better than i did at 179. lets rock this challenge people. i want to wear a bikini again (another one of my goals)!!!! |
