I'm a twenty-someone newly married trying to figure out what sort of life my husband and I are building for ourselves. So far so good, but I've been wanting to get back on track with my wight loss journey. It began over a year ago using another free online calorie counting site (no longer out there) and getting back into the habit of running/regular exercise.
Since that start, I've lost 40 lbs, going from 210 to my current weight, 170. Make no mistake, I am very excited about my new body! But this journey is certainly not over, being a mid-framed lady at 5'6", I'm pushing for the 130's to get the most out of this body!
