That would be a Gyro. And I'm not entirely sure. I would say theres about 300 calories in a Naan this size(including the oil); (http://www.thenibble.com/reviews/main/breadst uffs/images/original-package-300.jpg) Also it depends on how big the chicken was and how much their was, maybe about 260 for 3 fried tenderloins. 150 for the cheese (almost a half cups worth?). They are normally served with some sort of white sauce that is mayo based but you said no sauce so I'm guessing 700 calories is a good  bet maybe? But I really don't know what it looks like so I don't know.

ham and chesse sandwhich. 3 slices of chesse, and 6 slices of ham, on a a roll.

i couldnt find it in the food log.

Well its impossible to know how many because ham could be sliced thicker or thin, roll depends on how big it is, cheese could be reduced fat, fat free or regular.
However to give you an estimate I would say,

150-190 for a roll.

80 for the ham

210 for the cheese.

Total would be around 470 calories.
But like I said thats just an estimate.

I ended up getting the Lasagna Rollata al Forno. Freaking delicious! All it was was a TON of cheese inside some pasta. It was just cheesy goodness.

the links don't seem to work, but I have an idea of what each might be like.

If it was me, I think I would chose the chicken. To me, lasagna just tastes like spaghetti bolognese, which is easy to make at home (except the veggie and cream sauce lasagnas), but parmesan chicken is different and definetely not a usual food for me.

Yeah, I think it depends on what you usually eat/really like. I'd probs have the lasagna because I love pasta and I usually get it at restaurants because I know I will like it. My mum makes parmesan chicken all the time at home, so that isn't as special for me. Then again, if I was having dessert, I would go for the lowest calories possible so I could have a huge dessert!

Actually, that's a lie. If it were me, I would skip the dinner and go out for ice cream.

Maybe you could order both and share with your girlfriend? That's always cute :)

Aha we probaly will share a little bit of each others plates with eachother just to taste but I want to order what she wants (:

tbdexter: Will do!
