s- medium iced soy latte, 1/4 cup trail mix w/ a few oatbran crackers

l- 3 T almond butter on 2 slices ww toast, 1 cup steamed zuchinni, 1/2 cup grapes

s- small ice soy latte, 1 fugi apple, coffee chocolate lara bar

d- 4 oz. salmon on ww bun, 1 t pesto, 1 cup steamed carrots

s-1 plain nonfat yogurt, 1 nectarine, 3/4 cup kashi sunshine, 1/4 cup almonds

L: 3 T peanut butter on whole wheat wrap w/ a few strawberries in place of jam, 1 cup steamed carrots

D: 4 oz. turkey on carrot bagel w/ 2 t pesto, 1 cup steamed carrots

Breakfast: Carrot bagel w/ 2 T peanut butter, 1 banana, medium iced soy latte

Snack: small skim latte, oatbran crackers

Lunch: 4 oz. salmon on whole wheat bun, 1 T mayo, 1 cup steamed carrots, 8 oz. vanilla soy milk

Snack: Another medium iced soy latte, peanut butter lara bar

Dinner: 3 oz. turkey, 1 oz. mozzerlla on whole wheat wrap, 1 t pesto, 1 cup steamed zuchinni

Snack: 1 plain yogurt, 1/2 cup kashi heart to heart, 1 peach, 1/4 cup almonds

D- 4 oz. chicken, 2/3 cup pasta, 1 cup asparagus, all chopped and mixed in 2 t pesto, yum

breakfast: 1 cup skim milk w/ 1/2 cup shredded spoonfuls, 1/4 cup nutty nice cereal, 1/4 cup almonds and peacan mix, 1 banana and 1 small corn muffin

snack: 1 small iced soy latte, 1 pink lady apple, 1 T peanut butter

lunch: 3 oz. sliced turkey, 1 slice mozzerlla, 1 T mayo on jumbo honey wheat english muffin, 1 cup steamed peapods, another iced soy latte (yum)

snack: iced soy latte :/, lara bar

dinner: 2 veggie burgers on a whole wheat wrap, 1/8 avocado, 1 cup steamed carrots

snack: 1 plain yogurt w/ 1/2 cup kashi heart to heart, 2 T almonds, 1 cup strawberries

thought I'd give this a try

Breakfast: 2 T almond butter, 1 slice raisin toast w/ 1 banana, 1/2 cup all bran, 1/4 cup granola, 8 oz. milk, 6 oz. orange carrot juice

Snack: ensure plus w/ espresso

Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 oz. turkey, 1 english muffin, 1 t butter, 1 cup asparagus

Snack: ensure plus w/ espresso, peach, 2 mini snickerdoodle cookies

Dinner: 2 veggie burgers, 1 whole wheat bun, 2 t butter, 1 cup aspargus

Snack: 1 plain nonfat yogurt w/ 1/4 cup almonds, 1 cranberry lemon ProBar

total: 3220 :)

first time posting my eats...

anyfeed back would be greatly appreciated! shooting for 3000

Breakfast: 2 T peanutbutter, kashi sunshine cereal,  English muffin, 1 banana, orange juice, vanilla yogurt

Snack: lara bar, apple, cheese stick

Lunch: 3 oz. turkey, 1 wheat wrap, hummus, snack baggie of carrots, small hand full trailmix, ½ cup cottage cheese

Snack: smoothie (soy milk, ½ banana, frozen strawberries), 2 fig newtons

Dinner: 4 oz. chicken, sweet potato,  corn, broccoli, 1 T butter

Snack:  probar, 1 box raisins
