Can't really understand the new graph. I'd rather know my deficit than whats remaining. After all this site is mainly based on those who count calories. This works for other diests like low carb where you usually don't count calories. However i'm doing both but with the new graph i have to figure out my deficit myself if i'm going to do that then i don't even need the graph analysis since its not telling the main number i want to know. Please return to old graph |

You are not alone i'm an apple as well so is my mom and one of my sisters the other is a pear and i'm am so jealous although she is bigger than me she is beutiful and the majority of here wait is in her thight and hips. I on the other hand had all the weight in my bell, sids ,breast, and back. Though my belly is gon i these love handles on my sides that though I lost over 40 ibs are the last to leave. I'm 5'1 120.5 at the momen and after 2 years of weight loss can't wear a bikini because i still have so much work to do to loose the handles. My legs are so skinny now i don't even like them that much anymore and i always did before. My knees areso bony that when i sleep on my side I have to put a pillow or blanket in between my knees because the bones are uncomfortable. Even though i'm loosing the love handles slowly i still lose in my lower half and my face suprisingly which is skinny enough. Apple shape suck but I love my shoulder, the boob issue is still a problem they are still to big for me and i'm in between bra sizes, Not exactly a 36 d but not a 36 c used to be like 44DD so glad thos are gone i just want to be a 34 c and be done with it. Medium shirts don't fit right in arms anymore but small still give me issue in breast area sometimes.
I wrote a book sorry, are you having similiar issues. thanks if you read all my rant.

Missed last week was my neice and cousine's 18 and 21 birthday and they had a part together last saturaday. GW 115-112 SW 165 Jan1 120 Jan 8 124.5 Jan 15 122.5 CW 120.5 so back where i start from almost a .5 gain so 4 weeks and really no loss rediculous. Oh well i'll keep trying i guess its pretty good considering the way i had been eating. Hope everyone is doing well, and staying motivated.

I gained but I know its not a real one because i've been doing ok with food and excercising more but i'm kind of bloated it's almost that time of the month i've been really emotional so it may be awhile before i know if my hard work has paid off or not. We'll see next week. I did a new excercis yesterday it was only 20 minutes since i hadn't planned on doing any excercise yesterday but my legs are killing me. I'm trying to mix things up because i know my body is use to my other excercises.
Ainla it's great your down a pound thats a pound closer to your goal. But yea water weight sucks it frustrating but you know if you have been doing good that it's not a real gain so i try to stay possitive through it and wait for it to go away

Just trying right now to get out of the twenties for good got so close to my goal weight at 118 then gain the 2 ibs back and have been pretty much maintaining between 120.5 and 124. will see how it goes this time. |

i'd like to join i'm 5'1.5 around 7 pounds to go. SW 165 CW 120.5 GW 112-115 For my weight i still have more body fat than i should and love handles that are very resistant to weigtloss. As soon as they are gone i'm done and into maintenance no matter what the weight. But if not gone by 112 than it is lipo for me i really don't won't to loose more weight just won't the love handles gone and to be more toned. My goal is to reach my goal by my 29 birthday march 24. I refuse to spend anothe year trying to lose weight it has taken me 2 years to get wear I am now weigh to long for the amount of weight i needed to lose.
Well good luck everyone sorry if i rambled just frustrated was suppossed to be at goal by jan 2011 but not going to happen.

I'm 5'1.5 and at 145 i wore about a 8 and 9. But it really depends on how your body is shaped. I put on all of my weight on top so based on weight i tend to wear alot smaller pants than tops. . I have no hips to speak of and really no butt.Yeah it is really hard to predict I used to do the same when I started my diet. I agree with above poster a 14 is crazy unless you have massive hips i was a 12 that should have been 13/14 when I was 165. 7, 8, or 9 sounds right for 145. |

She probably just meant you have a toothy smile. Usually people with large teeth have the prettiest smiles. Think Julia Roberts. She also has a big mouth but a very toothy and pretty smile. |

You should try adding a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. that way you won't be so hungry when you go home. I definitly eat more when I don't snack. If possible try snacks that will keep you full longer such a yogurt or plain popcorn. |

Don't worry i feel the same, In the last year and a half i have lost weight. from 165 to 125.5 but i still have more to go trying for 115 or 110 i'm 5'1.5 and very small framed. I'm currently a 2 but still have a lot of fat on me to lose. i;m an apple so i'm heavier up top d cup from a dd. I'm am by no means super skinny but by the time i get to where i want i will be in a 0 more comfortably then i could where now. but it is not by choice i just have no hips . When i set out to lose weigh i ner though i would where a size 2 i was happy with 4/6.But my body still has a lot of fat that i need to loose i still have the same love handles which are just know starting to go away. every 0 or 2 is not anorexic just body porportion. i would love to be a 4/6 with actual hips and a c instead of a d but that i not going to happen so at some point i have to love my body and stop caring about arbitrary numbers. Go a little easy guys on those of us in the small sizes. some of your 4/5 10, 12 probably have way better body shapes than i do i am by no means skeletor i have plent of giggly bits still to go and hips like a boy. I may start looking into boy jeans as a matter of fact i dont have hips or any real curves belos my waist they may look good on my. |

Like the previouse poster i get cravings doing my tom chocalate chocalate chocalate or ice cream. I usually just give in. i don't over do it but I allow my self a treats that week. Mine last 6 days i also take the week off from exercise as well. I usually lose more weigt the week after. Sometime increasing calories is good. |
