I am 55 years old and a teacher. Since finishing school many years ago, I have lived a sedentary to lightly active lifestyle, and as a result my weight has crept up until I have become severely obese. I have come to my senses and have started an exercise regimen as well as a sensible diet. My goal is to lose 139 pounds.
