I am a happily married 47 year old living in Lewiston, New York (near Niagara Falls, NY).

I moved to the US in 2000 when I married the love of my life who happened to be American.  I live close to the border, so I was still able to keep my job in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.  So I commute an hour to work every day which leaves me even less time to work out.

I have been an aerobics instructor for 10 years but a bulging disc last year has really put a dent in my ability to work out and the pounds are starting to add on.  So this makes my calorie count even more important.

I am also Queen Diva of the Vivacious Divas of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.  A group of fun-loving women of all ages who meet once a month to meet new friends, pamper themselves, and treat themselves to a well-served night out!
