Went off of medication in Sept 2007.  This medication had taken my weight up to an uncomfortable 250lbs.  Lost 29 lbs doing nothing different.

My lifes focus has been on my two kids.  They are my world.  Doing this I guess I neglected my husband and know he has left.  So I thought that I should start focusing more on myself along with my kids.  So here I am at CC.

I HATE to sweat!  So this is all a new experience for me.  My kids are very supportive and are always asking me to do activities with them.  Walking, soccer, basketball, frisbee...

Goal is to get healthy!
