Hi there CC friends. I have been on this site for sometime now with periods of inactivity. For different reasons. I have had issues with others on this site so you probably won't hear much from me unless they get me fired up again. But for the most part this is a wonderful tool to keep track, ask questions, and hold yourself acountable to yourself. you can stay motivated by just logging your progress.
