I have half heartly tried to lose the weight I put on five years ago. It never seemed to be a problem before then, all at once my life changed completely.  My mother was diagnosed with cancer, I moved my parents into my house told dad to quit job and take care mom, i would handle the bills.  My mom passed four months  later, I got out of a bad realationship and found out I was going to have another child going it alone.  In which time I put on 78lbs that I'm ready to get rid of the weight and start living again.  I have a daughter who is 18 at u of A and of course perfect, and a 4 years old. I work a ton of hours and I need to lose a ton.
