All my life I've been the chubby kid.
Then in 9th grade I tried dieting (my second attempt), eating 900-1200 calories, first only eating frozen meals, then on this meal plan called American Fare which my mom found while buying food.

Anyways, I went from 160 to about 138/140, and then all the compliments came flooding in and I felt great, absolutely amazing. A year later, I tried eating "normally" (which actually ended up being 2500+ calories a day). I figured since I was thin that until I started gaining weight, I'd be fine. Plus I did taekwondo about 2-4 times a week, in addition to occasional walking and running.

By the time I realized that my sister's jeans didn't fit anymore (jeans which were loose before) is when I got my wake up call. About the summer of 2007 is when I started dieting again, unfortunately I'm having immense amounts of sticking to a diet again, and have ballooned up to 155.

I've lost hope, self-confidence and happiness. I'm completely unhappy and uncomfortable with my body. It doesn't feel like me at all.
