| Bio | Well, I play rugby at my school and originally I started this summer off thinking about conditioning myself for the Rugby season in the Fall. Basically, there are two 30/40 min halves and I want to be able to keep up with the FLANKERS!!! maybe even a Back or two. So I have to run, a LOT! Then, a friend of mine came home from college looking GREAT!!! She lost about 30 lbs, at least! And that motivated me to start watching my diet and really going for this exercise thing. (It doesn't hurt that my school seems to be place for New England's most beautiful ppl) My coach gave me a Rugby specific training guide, but I'm trying to figure my own body out right now. My Goal: Healthy Fit HOTT!! Before: 232. After: 134??? lol. Right now I'm working on 189, then...169 ...then...149 ...then... WHO KNOWS????! |
