I have been in a wheelchair for the last 20 years and after I went off all pain meds. I lost the ability to be as active as I had been on the medication and gained 40 lbs. in the past 2 years.

Now I am over 200lbs. and have no idea how to lose the weight.  

My daily calories are less than 1000 a day and I struggle to get that many. I have never been a big eater.
