Hey. Im 5'11 and currently 164 My goal weight is 145. I'm currently on low carb high protein diet and work out with interval training on the tredmill about 5 days a week. I also tone with weights for my arms and legs. Looking to achieve my goal by the start of September.

I always incline to the max but need to rest my hands on the bars or else I'll topple over. Or when I'm really high put my hands out infront of me. I hope this doesn't result in a loss of caps burned
