| Bio | I am just within the 'normal' range for a healthy weight at my age and height. My goal is to lose additional pounds to look and feel my absolute best. I'm only in my middle 20s and I know I can be more fit and toned if I really put my mind to it. My plan is a low calorie, low fat, low sugar, low carb diet...with more fresh ingredients and a lot less processed foods. In addition, I want to start adding in physical exercise to my daily routine - mostly walking, running, and bike riding. I love Calorie Count and think it's such a great tool to track my progress and connect with other folks trying to lose/maintain their weight. |
